Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of the Careem Super App, bridging the gap between product development and growth marketing strategy. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch product features and initiatives effectively.
• Leading the creation of marketing communications and creative assets for key Super App features, internal services, and external partnerships.
• Supporting product marketing campaigns throughout the product lifecycle, driving awareness, acquisition, and adoption.
• Developing guidelines, processes, and best practices for content creation and management.
• Identifying and developing educational tools to ensure customers realize the full value of our product and services.
• Monitoring key marketing metrics and driving growth through customer insights and market needs.

Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you'll need:

• An owner's mindset with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively.
• A creative approach and the ability to execute rapidly on new ideas and experiments.
• Proven experience in Product Management and/or Product Marketing.
• Leadership skills to inspire creative teams and drive the product marketing agenda.
• A passion for making an impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate others and meet stretch deadlines.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Marketing Manager in a tech company.
• Experience managing multinational teams and multiple markets in the MENA region.
