Wallex is searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy, development, and success of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation, definition, and development of new products and features.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and competition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Create and manage product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure product delivery on time and within budget.
- Analyze and interpret user feedback, performance metrics, and data insights to drive product enhancements and optimizations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the product portfolio.
- Act as a product evangelist and provide training and support to internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the technology or fintech industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and launching products from ideation to delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving product goals.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science or a related field.
