About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager you will be the main responsible and contact point for a Home product line in our AC

portfolio, defining roadmap, strategy and working on daily-basis improvements. You will be working in a business

oriented role, but a strong technical and industrialization background is also required, so you understand the

requirements coming from customers alongside the ones coming from our Operations & Tech teams. You'll leverage

your expertise in product lifecycle management and data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and ensure the

product family delivers exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead user research initiatives focused on understanding customer pain points and identifying areas for product improvement for our Home & Business product lines.
  • Analyze product performance data (sales, usage, support tickets) to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate user feedback and data insights into actionable product improvement initiatives for Home & Business products.
  • Manage product backlogs and prioritize development tasks focused on cost reduction, feature enhancements, and reliability improvements for our Home & Business product lines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement product enhancements and ensure product quality for Home & Business solutions.
  • Develop and present data-driven product roadmaps focused on continuous improvement and business performance of the Home & Business product portfolio.
  • Track the impact of product improvements on key metrics (sales, costs, customer satisfaction) for Home & Business solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new market opportunities for existing Home & Business products.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless product experience for Home & Business customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Home & Business product line.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of optimizing existing products and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) methodologies.
  • Experience in user research and translating user feedback into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Home & Business product solutions and related technologies (a plus).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) (a plus).

Nice to have: 

  • Experience managing or following up Profit & Losses accounts
  • Experience in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
  • Experience with cost optimization strategies for hardware or software products.
  • Experience with product reliability engineering principles.
  • Experience with customer success management methodologies.
