Who You Are
Cross-functional team player who will write specifications, and partner with the Technical writer on documentation, tooltips, and naming conventions. A proactive individual who is going to help us achieve the team’s objective to build "The United Verve Marketplace" product, a unified UI for the platform that will make it possible to manage more than two marketplaces. Our edge in the future for doubling, and rippling the number of customers, is building a self-service UI application, that our customers can use on their own. You will train customers on
What You Will Do
Identify and investigate market problems our customers experience
Identify the opportunities for product development and improvement
Create the vision and business case for the opportunities
Manage products throughout its life cycle, from the identification
Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements
Prepare requirements and use cases for the engineering teams
Leading the processes of delivering, testing and shipping the products
Maintaining productive relationships with the clients, and internal teams
Building consensus and driving execution within the product and engineering organizations
Engaging in go-to-market processes
Maintaining product and market knowledge base, contributing to the creation of training materials
