We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take part in developing a new disruptive fintech solution that is going to change B2B payments echo system. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross-functional team to design, build, and roll-out products that are solving an immense problem. You will use data and customer feedback to define and drive new products and features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to drive product initiative and launch products globally
- Communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders
- Solve complex issues and translate solutions into simple concepts for customers and all employees within the company to understand.
- Ownership of product requirements, driving the product lifecycle in an agile methodology including user stories, personas, UX, UI, user stories and production of detailed specs (PRDs)
- Working closely with R&D teams to define requirements and ensure the end-to-end high-quality product delivery
- Use, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product management roles. Preferably with experience in Fintech, Payment, or Fraud solutions
- Experience working in a startup / SaaS product.
- Strong analytical decision-making skills, business thinking, Independent and organized
- Strong interpersonal skills to informally lead and drive discovery and execution with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in implementing products using Agile methodologies
