Senior Product Manager

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of building great customer experiences, driving discovery and innovation that leads to exponential customer growth and retention. You'll be re-imagining the web and app experience for business travellers, companies, and their employees, delivering initiatives to scale Trainline Business. We a have huge ambition to expand our customer and user base across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for integrating data insights and market analysis to make data driven decisions and create experiences which customers love. You will be working in a fully Agile and cross-functional team alongside Engineering, Design, Research, Commercial, Marketing and Product colleagues to help us revolutionise the Trainline Business experience and develop a market leading product proposition.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of our customers and the business to deliver on the vision and product strategy for Trainline Business. 
• Set OKRs with ambitious business goals with measurable results, aligned with the wider company business objectives.
• Work with data science and researchers to develop actionable qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Form well-reasoned hypotheses and use discovery techniques to rapidly enhance your understanding of the problem space and shape the user experience.
• Get all members of your cross functional team passionate about the product vision and strategy as well as communicate effectively with company leadership.
• Use experiments to measure the impact of launched initiatives and feed insights back into the product development process.
• Act as customer champion, understanding their needs to deliver a seamless experience that they'll come back to again and again.

• Must have experience in web, mobile app and ecommerce channels, as well as building amazing products that customers love.
• Strong ability to measure and communicate outcomes is a must.
• Track record leading and delivering high business growth.
• Demonstratable success as a Senior Product Manager.
• Worked in a fast-paced environment where you’ve had to think on your feet and bring people together to problem solve. 
• Evidence of customer centric thinking through insights, data, and experimentation.  
• Experience of working with Agile frameworks, writing user stories, setting sprint goals and collaborating with teams on acceptance criteria.   
• Analytical thinking and decision making, able to weigh up conflicting priorities and make the right decision using a balance of qual and quant data inputs.  
• Experience in the travel/rail industry or a marketplace would be beneficial.
