We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Strategic Product Development team in London and lead the charge in transforming the HelloFresh and Green Chef customer experience.
The key mission of this role is to enhance the physical product offering by steering step-change innovations across brands to drive customer excitement
This role sits within the HelloFresh UK Strategic Product Development (SPD) team and reports to the Head of the Product
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Innovation for HelloFresh & Green Chef UK:
- Manage and drive the innovation pipeline, following a rolling product plan approach, ensuring alignment with stakeholders across HelloFresh and Green Chef UK.
- Leverage insights and data to translate the Product Vision into reality through strategic innovation initiatives.
- Prioritize initiatives taking into consideration commercial impact and effort, to deliver the most optimal product plan for both brands.
- Champion Menu Experimentation for Growth:
- Drive and manage the Menu Experimentation calendar for the SPD team, to increase Customer Order rate while optimizing for Revenue and Profit.
- Developing hypotheses and building testing frameworks that would help us answer the biggest questions for the team. Working closely with the other SPD leads to ensure we are covering experimentation for all areas of the product.
- Aligning and collaborating with local, international and digital tech stakeholders to ensure we have an aligned framework, strong test set-ups, and an aligned calendar of initiatives.
- Implement Transformational Innovation:
- Lead and manage some of the most exciting and complex innovation projects (think blue sky/step change innovation) for HelloFresh and Green Chef UK physical products, from ideation to successful delivery
- Collaborating closely with product, operations, and digital product teams for a successful delivery.
- Be a UK Product Leader:
- Be a leader in the UK Product team, working closely with Monetisation and Market Product Leads to deliver a best-in-class UK product offering
Who you are:
- Strong experience working with physical products and the ability to handle complex projects. Experience in FMCG and consultancy roles is a plus.
- Strong project management and product development skills, organized, structured, and proficient in cross-functional collaboration.
- Commercial experience with an appreciation for driving profitability.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive product initiatives within a complex structure involving senior and global stakeholders.
- Confidence in working with data to build business cases and make recommendations to UK and global teams.
- Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to use data to identify unmet customer needs and pain points.
- Creative thinking to develop solutions that address customer challenges.
- Experience in the food industry is a bonus.
