SoftOne is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Drive the implementation of new products, as well as enhancements to existing ones.
- Manage product feedback and engage the technical team to make necessary improvements on products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize market insights to drive product strategy and make informed decisions on product enhancements and new product development.
- Work closely with support and project management teams, acting as a second level support and providing business expertise in various fields.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
- Monitor product performance and key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, continuously enhancing product management skills and knowledge
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Greek and English language
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Experience in the technology industry is highly desirable
