As Senior Product Manager for Service Management Solutions, you will lead and expand the Contracted Services segment of our product portfolio on the PartsSource platform. Contract Services are driven by B2B sales and customer engagement, requiring a market-centric, solution-focused approach to deliver a unified, end-to-end experience.

In this role, you will develop comprehensive, full-service solutions tailored to healthcare, educational, public sector, and other key markets, with a focus on building high-value, long-term customer solutions. By combining technology, business operations, and service delivery through our premier supplier network, you will create exceptional experiences for clients.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B SaaS and/or technology-enabled product management, with experience in developing solutions that integrate seamlessly into a larger product ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration across the product portfolio, the PartsSource platform, and cross-functional teams to ensure Contract Services align with PartsSource’s vision as the essential partner in transforming equipment management.

 What You’ll Do

  • Product Vision Execution: Lead the execution of the PartsSource Service vision for Service Management Solutions, driving the development of full-service offerings that elevate clients’ service management programs and maximize their ROI. Align product initiatives with PartsSource’s goals to create a seamless, high-quality experience that reduces complexity, cuts costs, and maximizes equipment uptime.
  • Customer-Centric Discovery & Shaping: Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their long-term service needs, challenges, and objectives. Leverage these insights to design product offerings and experiences that provide consistent, best-in-class outcomes and position PartsSource as an essential partner in their service transformation journey.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Product Improvement: Define and track key measures, utilizing analytics to drive product decisions, enhance client satisfaction, and support continuous product improvement. Provide clients with proprietary persona-based analytics and performance tools that deliver unique insights and optimize resource use across their equipment lifecycle.
  • Total User Experience: Deliver exceptional, unified digital experiences by seamlessly integrating technology, business operations, and service delivery through PartsSource’s market-leading supplier network. Employing an eye for design and leading with user experience.
  • B2B Commercial Enablement & Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to drive B2B growth, supporting lead generation and nurturing clients into long-term contracts. Embed voice of customer and product discovery insights into your roadmaps. Support the develop sales enablement tools and materials that highlight the value of Services within the broader PartsSource ecosystem.
  • Strategic Growth & Path to Maturity: Develop and execute strategies that guide clients along a path to service maturity, advancing from transactional relationships to full-service partnerships. Enable clients to achieve enterprise value through enhanced insights, analytics, and ROI-driven solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
  • Ecosystem Integration & Collaboration: Partner with other product teams, engineering, design, customer success, and account management to ensure seamless integration of Contract Services offerings within PartsSource’s ecosystem, enabling a cohesive experience for clients across service, parts, talent management, and technical support.
  • Client Success & Retention: Develop strategies that prioritize client satisfaction, retention, and consistent value delivery. Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure PartsSource Contracted Services meet high standards for quality and reliability, positioning PartsSource as the go-to provider for service management excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 5-7 years related experience within product management, focusing on technology-enabled service solutions.
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, or technical field required.
  • An eye for good design and understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal presentation skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of complex challenges and lead them to successful outcomes.
  • Proven ability to design and execute a product strategy that aligns with customer needs and drives service program ROI.
  • Experience with user-centric discovery and solution design in B2B environments.
  • Background in healthcare technology, supply chain, or related fields is strongly preferred; familiarity with healthcare technology management, service contracts, or enterprise asset management is a plus.
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to track KPIs, optimize product offerings, and identify new growth opportunities. Ability to blend big-picture strategy with data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven and motivated to delight customers and business partners.
