Cortica is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Salesforce to join its growing team!
The Senior Product Manager, Salesforce will own and enhance our Salesforce application, making it more intuitive and increasing adoption across our internal teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce application to streamline patient workflows, enhance user experience, and drive adoption among internal teams. This role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including internal product, engineering, operations, and healthcare professionals, to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver high-impact solutions.

What will you do?
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, market trends, and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce product roadmap, including prioritization of features, improvements, integrations, and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and resource constraints.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure our implementation leverages the latest features and capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, clinical, and marketing to ensure seamless and timely execution of the product roadmap.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and continued support and maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, defining requirements, creating user stories, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products and use data-driven insights to iterate on the product strategy.
- Champion a user-centric approach by working closely with UX/UI teams to ensure product designs align with user needs, usability, and overall product goals.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the product management function.

We’d love to hear from you if:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- You bring 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce applications.
- You have proven understanding of Salesforce CRM, including customization, integrations, and automation capabilities.
- You bring 3+ years of proven experience owning product strategy and execution.

The base pay range for this opening is $128,800 to $161,000. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
