Senior Product Manager - Regulated Sectors

Your role at Dynatrace

  • Develop and implement global strategies for highly regulated sectors.
  • Own the compliance and regulatory requirements aspects of the product roadmap for financial services, healthcare, and government, represent the end user’s point of view, and strive for innovative solutions by answering the WHY and understanding the end user’s pain points.
  • With a focus on FedRAMP High compliance, collaborate closely with sponsors, 3POs, and federal authorities, ensuring the creation of relevant documentation and successful product delivery.
  • Work in a global team and collaborate tightly with sales, support, services, the CISO, the CPO, product management, development, marketing, and legal to bring Dynatrace to the next level.
  • Apply customer-and user-centric thinking to define the target audience, use cases, needs, and pain points in the highly regulated sectors.
  • Provide market and competitive insights, product positioning, and concrete assets to enable and contribute to go-to-market. 
  • Create, drive, and maintain the product roadmap with a  Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years experience working in highly regulated application/product development, specifically with products designed for the public sector
  • 3+ years of equivalent product management experience in an agile software product environment.
  • 2+ years of equivalent experience bringing products to market in FedRAMP High marketplace.
  • US Citizenship - Since Dynatrace is a federal contractor and this role will work with the  HIPAA Security Office or FedRamp a US citizenship is requered for this role.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Ideally experienced in the world of SaaS products.
  • Plenty of experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders in a software product company.
  • Passionate about combining highly regulated sectors, compliance, software, and business value.
  • Knowledge of user journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis.  
  • Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects aligned with Dynatrace’s goals and strategy. 
  • Strong interest and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, SaaS Software, ...

Compensation and rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • The base salary range for this role is $186,000 - $233,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
  • Our total compensation package includes an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system. 
  • We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
