About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our team in developing our internal tools aimed at empowering our Client Services Teams (CST) to deliver Project Excellence to our Clients. Working alongside Product Managers responsible for other key elements of our CST workflow - including Research Excellence, this role is responsible for enabling the provision of a smooth and efficient process in managing the interactions between requested Experts and our Clients. The role covers our core project management platform as well as the communication and interaction tools used to connect Clients and Experts.
This role will guide a cross functional team of software developers and UX design and call upon the skills in Data Science and Data Engineering where required to deliver compelling and impactful products and features to our internal customers.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Expert Network Services workflows - or in similar B2B-focused environments. Skills in problem identification and solving - with a test and learn approach - are critical for this role. The role works directly with our internal users, the CST members, and thus will pull upon excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as a keen interest in the commercial side of our business and that of our clients.
