Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems. 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join Procore’s Asset Management team. This role will help lead the strategy and execution of launching and enhancing Procore’s Asset solutions for Owners. As a member of our Resource and Assets Management team, you will help define the future of our assets and other Owner-focused products, recommend roadmaps, and ship capabilities to everyone in construction on a global platform.

Procore is leading this transformation with our SaaS construction platform, empowering owners with critical asset management solutions. This position will be based in our Bangalore India office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do: 

• Help develop and execute the product strategy for Procore’s Asset Management Solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining user stories, creating wireframes, and overseeing the development process.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement, using data-driven insights to inform future product decisions.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What we’re looking for: 

• A minimum of 5 years in product management for SaaS products and services
• Track record in product management for Construction and Engineering focused products.
• Strong customer focus through qualitative and quantitative measures
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with cross functional teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate well cross-functionally across organizational boundaries with Engineering, User Experience, Research, Product, Program Management, Sales, Marketing, IT, Compliance, Security, Legal, Business Development, and Support
• Strong problem-solving skills and productivity
