We are looking people for people with:
- Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology or tech advocacy in the Customer Experience.
- Passion about AI (know and observe the new trends and solutions). Experience in developing automation or no-code/low-code applications is a plus.
- Based on gathered data can make recommendations and decision about product roadmap.
- Problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs.
- Interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills (including C-level stakeholders).
- Agile methodologies and managing product backlog experience.
- Experience designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis.
- Very good business writing skills.
- English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:
- You will develop automation-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines and manage the delivery of features and enhancements.
- Define, monitor and review relevant product KPIs, and understand the differences between input and output measures.
- Build a plan for the products for at least a quarter and product vision for at least 1 year, (determine the increments that plan to be achieved and what effects it will bring).
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and reconcile users' needs and translate them into new functionalities.
- You will manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with a team of engineers to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals.
- You will facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page.
