- Digital Care Team: Imagine an AI-powered resource that can communicate with patients in their native language, answering questions about their care plans. This capability bridges the gap between patients and their healthcare needs, providing support and information at their fingertips.
- Behavioral Economics in Action: We're leveraging the principles of behavioral economics and gamification to encourage healthy habits. Our product allows patients to track and manage daily health activities with engaging, proactive nudges. It's healthcare that's not only smart but also fun and rewarding.
- Financial Incentives: Patients can earn financial rewards by completing health activities and achieving specific outcomes. This approach motivates and supports patients in their journey towards better health.
- Diverse Population Focus: Our initiatives target a wide range of populations, including those with hypertension, diabetes, and general wellness needs. We're also committed to Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) screening, with future partnerships that will expand our reach and impact.
