As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape the way we engage, retain, and re-engage our global community of creators through thoughtful, data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering timely, relevant communications that help users get the most out of their creative journey on Picsart.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Define the product vision and roadmap for notifications and lifecycle marketing in partnership with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead the development and launch of engagement strategies across email, push, and in-app messaging
- Partner with Product Design, Engineering, and Data Science to drive experimentation and personalization across lifecycle touchpoints
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize message timing, content, frequency, and segmentation
- Define and track KPIs such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and retention to measure success and inform improvements
- Collaborate with the Research and UX teams to explore new ways of adding value through user-centric lifecycle experiences
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing and notifications
- Deep understanding of mobile marketing best practices and retention strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across levels and time zones
- Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and data tools to guide decisions
- Proven success in agile environments with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working asynchronously
Good To Have
- Experience leading lifecycle teams or coordinating workflows
- Familiarity with messaging platforms, CRM, or campaign tools
- Passion for delivering personalized user experiences
