MicroStrategy is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager for our fast-growing cloud product offerings.  This senior product manager role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our cloud-based products and services, contributing to the company's overall growth and success. You will work diligently to understand the critical business problems customers are looking to solve and develop products and solutions to meet their evolving needs.  You will proactively identify potential new capabilities and new ways to make our customers successful.  You will be the customer advocate and drive a product roadmap delivering high-quality products that provide value for our customers.  
 
Your Focus 

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy for MicroStrategy's cloud offerings, aligning with the company's broader business objectives. 
  • Be the champion and voice of customers.  Understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product design and features.
  • Build impactful relationships with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement. 
  • Develop a product roadmap. Collaborate with engineering and other cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and scale high-quality products quickly. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.  
  • Measure and analyze product performance, using data to inform future product decisions and improvements.   
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate success, using data to identify new opportunities. 
  • Document detailed requirements, including functional specifications, APIs, data mappings, and experience guidelines. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.  
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management, with a focus on hyperscale cloud-based solutions.  
  • Strong expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure, and best practices, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.  
  • Successful history of developing and managing end-to-end product realization from concept to release that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.  
  • Excel at strategy, are a systems thinker, and a builder at heart. Foster a fun, fast, inclusive, collaborative, empathetic, candid culture with cross-functional partners. 
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for getting things done, communicate effectively, and influence without authority.  
  • Comfortable and excel in a fast-paced, agile environment. 
  • Deep understanding of analytics and business intelligence is a plus.
