Currently, Aviv Group consist of several brands in Europe which are split in 3 countries :
- Aviv FR : Group Seloger and Meilleurs Agents
- Aviv BE : Immoweb
- Aviv DE : Immowelt
Currently, those entities use different marketing tools, and have different levels of expectations depending on their own business. Therefore, our first mission is to build an unified engagement platform, covering marketing automation, real time notifications, transactional emails, all combined for an omnichannel experience. Our tech environment is Salesforce data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:
- Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to Identify and set the most valuable use cases and opportunities to leverage ROI and support our OKR efficiently. Communicate clear product decisions, prioritization and the target strategy for our engagement platform.
- Lead the discovery phase for complex business needs, to define the best solutions with your team, and how it will be designed and delivered in the tools
- Be the referent of the product roadmap and planning
- Design and deliver the best functionalities to support the business and users to enable the best marketing experience
- Manage communications across the board: showcase the product to product leadership and key stakeholders effectively (product reviews, strat reviews…)
On a daily basis, you will work within a team composed of Engineers, Integrators, Architects and Product Managers, with an agile framework.
AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager.
- You excel in keeping a show of equanimity - i.e. you are accountable, calm and positive while facing stressful situations.
- Direct experience with Martech stacks and experience with the common use-cases within any omnichannel Martechstack
- Experience with marketing solutions (example : Salesforce MC,Adobe, Selligent,...)
- Is passionate by/ has experience with :
- Marketing Data (how to collect, to analyze and to activate)
- Omnichannel strategies; communication features to engage with our users
- Email Marketing best practices
- Experience in working with a multidisciplinary, results-oriented and customer-focused team to build the best possible products
- Has a strong capacity for analysis, communication and influencing.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
