If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where curiosity, trust, and impact matter, you'll fit right in We are hiring a Senior Product Manager - Key integrations who will work on our strategic integrations: ensuring seamless flow of data between Aircall and our customers’ tools of work, while collaborating with our strategic partners to create a best-of-class ecosystem around our product. This person will have to align with Engineering, Data Analysts, Go To Market teams and Product Marketing to define Aircall’s vision for his/her scope of work and make it a success. Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the “Key integrations” product scope, defining its vision to achieve the company’s goals and working with a team of 10+ engineers to deliver the expected value to users
  • Responsible for leveraging the Product Analytics team to take data-driven decisions on the path to objective achievement
  • Responsible for every part of the product related to key integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Monday, Pipedrive & others.
  • Responsible for aligning leaders of other functions around strategic product-led initiatives
  • Qualifications:
  • +5 years of business experience using analytics to drive product results
  • Extensive experience in working with B2B SaaS softwares as a Product lead, ideally integrating different products in a unified experience
  • You have successfully driven the release of several product, features or flows and closely monitored their impacts on business metrics
  • You are empathetic and understand the need for your stakeholders to be aligned and compelled to your vision
  • Clear, structured thinking and excellent communication skills
  • You are fluent in English (Spanish or French will be a plus)
