Job Description Summary:
The Supplier Experience Product Team supports the Instock function by developing products and features to enhance supplier experience and performance. The team is responsible for building solutions and products that provide suppliers with a best-in-class experience and optimize fill rate performance with Coupang.
Role Overview:
As the Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle, from defining strategy and roadmap to execution. You will identify opportunities by diving deep into data, developing strategies, and aligning plans with stakeholders. Strong judgment and a mindset that challenges the status quo are essential. You should also enjoy working with data and generating valuable insights through thorough analysis.

Candidates must have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and robust business acumen. You will work closely with technical software development teams and thrive in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be able to create detailed documentation for various levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Research: Analyze data to identify areas for business improvement. Gather and verify requirements from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Strategy and Communication: Align the product vision and roadmap with stakeholder expectations. Lead discussions to clarify details and timelines of the strategy.
Roadmap Management: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing tasks in collaboration with stakeholders.
Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including defining use cases, tracking success metrics, discovering solutions, developing strategies, launching products, conducting A/B testing, and performing impact analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in a senior role within business, product management, supply chain management, or strategic consulting.
• Proven a track record of launching and managing products while navigating ambiguity and complexity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in presenting insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders, grounded in data-driven analysis and research.
• A demonstrated history of leading company and roadmap strategies, effectively managing trade-offs in multi-sided marketplaces.
• Hands-on experience driving product launches from initial concept to maturity.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) or similar supply chain management processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analytics such as SQL, Python or the likes
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
