The Growth Alliance enables HelloFresh to expand by getting more customers to try, recommend, and return back to our products. We build digital customer facing products that are used by customers all over the world. Our teams work at a global scale on services like scalable web mono repo infrastructure, checkout funnel on web and native apps, discounting and wallet services, price experimentation infrastructure, and referral marketing technology.

The role

We are looking for a customer-obsessed  Senior Product Manager II for an extraordinary opportunity to craft the best customer experience in converting prospects that will reshape the landscape for all HelloFresh brands and products. From reimagining meal kit subscriptions to reinventing the way customers make seamless, informed, and personalized purchase decisions, you will be at the helm of innovation.

You will be an individual contributor who will define the long-term vision, set data-driven roadmaps to get there and own technical delivery of new features, all in close collaboration with our engineering and commercial Marketing teams. This is a role that will elevate all HelloFresh brands, and hence we are looking for a strong leader that combines technical and commercial skills to drive the right investments in the next few years.

What you’ll do

  • Discover new product opportunities; validate and prioritize these opportunities based on data to assess impact and effort with appropriate confidence  to deliver on the long-term vision and generate measurable P&L impact from new customer journeys, primarily for the Consideration phase of a purchase decision.
  • Guide feature development and implement A/B experiments; manage and groom the product backlog, and create actionable user stories
  • Partner closely with your engineering leadership counterpart: lead your engineering team collaboratively.
  • Define and monitor the key product success metrics for your domain.
  • Set up processes to work with an agile team and drive continuous improvement. 

What you’ll bring

  • Conversion Rate Optimization Expertise: Strong understanding of new and former customer considerations at the point of purchase decisions, best practice knowledge for impacting early retention in the funnel, and funnel-related challenges in the e-commerce, retail, or food industry, including subscription-based models.
  • Experienced Product Management Skills: Proven track record of delivering complex products and features from concept to launch, defining product strategy, creating roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, translating market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning into actionable product plans and conversion funnel strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
  • You are familiar with goal setting and strategy frameworks in a product context, e.g. OKRs or the “working backwards” methodology.
