We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Talent Technology (HRIS) team, dedicated to empowering our global talent organization to optimize talent management processes. Our mission is to streamline HR operations and enhance employee experiences through cutting-edge technology and data-driven strategic insights.

 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding the strategic direction and operational execution of our Hire to Retire product suite, with a primary emphasis on the Workday platform. As part of the Data Technology and Security (DTS) organization, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Talent Services, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Payroll stakeholders to ensure systems are functioning, integrated, efficiently deployed, and aligned with the overall Procore technical architecture.

 

This role is based out of our Austin, Texas office, reports into the VP Technology of DTS Business Systems and offers flexibility to work remotely as schedule permits.

 

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic direction and operational execution of the Hire to Retire product suite, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Talent Services, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Payroll to ensure seamless integration and alignment with Procore's technical architecture.

  • System Efficiency and Deployment: Drive the efficiency and deployment of HRIS systems, leveraging your expertise to enhance overall organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

  • Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features based on comprehensive analysis of market trends, customer feedback, and evolving business needs.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and ongoing optimization, including requirements gathering, scope definition, development oversight, and testing.

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of product performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

  • Industry Trends Integration: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in HR technology, integrating relevant innovations into our product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

 

What we're seeking in you:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining HR systems, with a focus on core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards & Payroll domain knowledge

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management roles, specializing in HRIS systems and the Workday platform.

  • Ability to visualize, analyze, communicate, and solve complex problems and make well-adapted decisions based on available information

  • Experience in writing detailed technical specifications, testing & release plans required to develop and implement software solutions; working independently in a very fast-paced, high-growth team environment; communicating with leads across the DTS teams

  • Demonstrated success in agile development environments, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a history of superb delivery against assigned tasks

Base Pay Range $158,680 - $218,185. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
