ButterflyMX is growing our Product Team and looking for a rockstar Senior Product Manager! This is an excellent professional growth opportunity to work on industry-leading and innovative product offerings that have seen substantial success in the market.
Responsibilities
- Focus on identifying, prioritizing, and rolling out opportunities to maximize business outcomes and solve customer problems.
- Own the product roadmap of key hardware and software initiatives in access management. Drive new initiatives, hardware and software product development, partner integrations, and the management of existing features.
- Define goals and track metrics to increase ARR and reduce churn.
- Translate high level strategic ideas and opportunities into implementable specs.
- Split time between delivery and discovery process; continuously evaluating customer needs, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify top opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and ensure successful execution of projects.
Requirements
- A product manager with 7+ years of experience, ideally in a late-stage startup with a focus on physical products.
- Experienced in hardware product development; a technical bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A product owner, with the proven ability to identify high-value opportunities and lead cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
- Agile and adaptable, capable of leading or contributing as needed, with a strong ownership mindset.
- An effective communicator, translating technical details for non-technical audiences and engaging with various stakeholders.
- An analytical thinker, leveraging data for decision-making and problem-solving.
- Passionate for product development, with a creative and solution-oriented approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, delivering projects with executional excellence.
- Someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, maintaining focus and meeting deadlines.
