About the role

Wonder is looking for a high-impact Senior Product Manager to build best-in-class product experiences for our Wonder customers.

The Growth Product team owns all of Wonder’s customer-facing browsing and purchasing touchpoints, including the app, website, and in-store ordering technology, and sits within Wonder’s Growth Department. We are a cross-functional team of product managers, product designers, and product analysts.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Work closely with the rest of the growth product organization and key stakeholders to define a long-term vision for our consumer product roadmap that helps drive top-line growth and improve our key metrics
• Own the feature development lifecycle from ideation to feature definition, prioritization, testing, and impact measurement

• Integrate user research, marketing trends, and customer feedback to inform features and roadmap 
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the app, website, and other customer touchpoints are optimized for conversion and engagement
• Communicate product performance and impact to the business and key stakeholders

The experience you have

• 5+ years of experience in product management leading initiatives and cross-functional teams 
• Relevant experience building customer-facing products in eCommerce or multi-sided marketplaces
• Experience with analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, mParticle, etc. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands

Base Salary Range: $167,500 - $184,500
