We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and be responsible for defining and executing growth strategies and initiatives that enhance user acquisition, retention, and expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and data analytics, to drive product enhancements and innovations that meet business objectives ultimately help us reach more people and save lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify opportunities and drive initiatives to improve the prospect-to-booked patient experience
  • Optimize the Prenuvo platform for B2B and B2C sales to enhance efficiency and insights for marketing, sales, and support teams including:
    • Physician channels
    • Enterprise/employer channels
    • Direct to consumer
    • Influencers
    • Industry Partnerships
  • Simplify processes for returning patients to improve retention with an emphasis on improving patient outcomes
  • Lead the assessment implementation and maintenance of the booking, payment and 3rd party integrations associated with respective sales funnels and opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and user feedback to identify new growth opportunities and improve customer conversions across channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine product messaging and optimize marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and adoption
  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize growth tactics and strategies
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to senior management
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of growth initiatives
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and growth hacking techniques to keep Prenuvo at the forefront of the healthtech sector

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years experience in product management, product design or similar field
  • Customer-focused mindset, understanding user needs and translating them into seamless product experiences
  • Experience working on a Growth team that is focused on products where trust and relationships are paramount
  • Experience developing strategy, executing against it, and delivering measurable results
  • Experience in defining experiments, setting success criteria and working with Sales and Marketing to drive successful outcomes in user experience
  • Strong analytical abilities to query, summarize large data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with the use of and integration with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Efficiently manage tasks, projects, and resources, ensuring streamlined workflows and optimal productivity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences and adapt to a variety of individual communication styles and needs.
  • Prior experience in healthtech or a related industry is preferred but not required.

Base salary for this role ranges from $140,250-$205,700 in local currency depending upon experience

This is a remote position, but the employee should be located in the San Francisco Bay Area
