🤓As Growth Manager focusing on Teams and collaboration, you will own all initiatives to drive product adoption of Photoroom’s team features. This strategic role involves identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and leading cross-functional efforts to promote our collaboration product to new and existing users.

🇬🇧 PhotoRoom is an international team and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).

You will be identified as the go-to person at Photoroom for the growth of our team features. This is a strategic role: we think Teams are the biggest untaped growth opportunity for Photoroom at the moment.
Growth strategy: Drive complex, business-critical growth initiatives. Define a strategy and roadmap that allows users to discover, activate, and buy Photoroom’s collaborative product.
Ideate, Test, and Scale: Identify growth opportunities leveraging a consistent test-and-learn approach to a/b test messaging, funnel, and content.
Customer Insights: Working with our product marketing and user research; you will run user testing and market intelligence analysis to keep learning who our Teams users are.
Cross-functional Management: Work with content, brand, SEO, paid UA, product, data & engineering teams to launch, coordinate, and promote growth initiatives.
You have 5+ years of growth, performance, or digital marketing experience for an international fast-growing SaaS product or a first entrepreneurial experience.
You have a growth mindset: MRR is your north star metric; you're focusing on running new experiments and optimizing current flows to maintain fast growth.
You have excellent problem-solving capabilities and a robust analytical approach. You can leverage data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive program improvements.
You have strong project management skills and experience working with several teams/contractors.
You want to directly impact the growth of a fast-paced, international tech company.
To feed your strategy, you are obsessed with learning about our customers and their pain points.
You are a strong communicator with an ability to influence with cross-functional collaboration skills.
You are fluent in English.
