Senior Product Manager

Location Details: India, Remote

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Domains product team, you will help everyday entrepreneurs build their brand online! Our customers trust us with their 82+ million domain names. We help small businesses worldwide accelerate their growth, giving entrepreneurs confidence at every stage of their business journey. People come to GoDaddy to build their business. Our global solutions seamlessly connect their identity and presence with commerce, leading to profitable growth.

Using AI and machine learning, you’ll work with a collaborative team of designers and engineers to build magical experiences for domain customers. You will join a team that provides various solutions for small businesses and domain investors, ranging from domain protection solutions to website hosting and email.

What you'll get to do...

• Build a long-term vision and strategy for everyday entrepreneurs to manage their domain names securely
• Lead a dedicated sprint team of full-stack engineers, UX engineers, designers, business analysts, and quality managers
• Help customers find and use GoDaddy’s ecosystem of domains and related solutions
• Use market data, product results, and customer feedback (internal and external) to identify new domain add-on opportunities
• Apply the scientific method to develop and test hypotheses, using quantitative and qualitative data to measure product outcomes
• Work with a highly motivated team that is committed to helping people from a diverse set of backgrounds to build the future they want for themselves and their community

Your experience should include...

• 5+ years of digital product management experience, ideally for a subscription business
• Driving measurable customer value, through data-backed product decisions based on growth, adoption, conversion, or similar metrics. Apply the scientific method and set up A/B tests where possible
• Developing a long-term roadmap and quarterly OKRs, with clear criteria for resolving priorities and trade-offs
• Building a strong team across product, design, engineering, and other functional areas. Ability to lead large product scope end to end, independently, working with agile software development methodologies
• Ability to influence cross-functional collaborators at various levels, from executives to individual contributors
• Experience delivering complex releases timely, working with multiple team members, and making appropriate trade-offs in situations that may be time-sensitive, ambiguous, and have competing priorities

You might also have...

• Experience in product gamification, insurance, and security solutions, and user experience
• Familiarity with JIRA, Tableau, and other tools
• Familiarity with standard methodologies to uncover deep customer insights and problems
• Previous work in the small business sector
