👋 Meet The Guru
Resource Guru is a team scheduling product that helps thousands of people optimise their time. It increases efficiency, resource utilisation, and project profitability. While also promoting a healthy work/life balance.
As one of the leaders in our category, we have customers from over 100 countries around the world including NASA, Publicis, Accenture, L'Oreal, M&C Saatchi, VMware, Ogilvy, PwC, and the NHS. They all trust Resource Guru to handle one of their most precious assets - their people’s time.
We are a small, remote team with members in the UK and Europe. We communicate primarily through Slack and occasionally meet up to collaborate and celebrate achievements. See if this is the right place for you.
🔎 What We’re Looking for
We are looking for an experienced and exceptional product manager to shape and ship our product, from scoping features all the way through to delivery. You'll play a crucial role in refining the strategy for a solution that's already winning over some of the world's top companies. With your expertise, we'll exceed our growth targets and continue to deliver a product our customers love.
This is a highly collaborative role, and we need someone who wants to get things done and make things happen. In our lean team, even our founders dive into the details to solve customer problems. You'll be involved in hands-on backlog management, project management, analysing customer insights, and managing tooling implementation. You'll need to prioritise what’s mission-critical, with the business and customers as your top priority.
Strong relationships with all stakeholders are essential, as are clear updates on priorities and progress. While our founders will help set the product vision, it's up to you to ensure everything stays on track and gets executed effectively.
If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
