The Position:

GameChanger is a product-driven business where your decisions and contributions will impact millions of youth athletes, coaches, and their fans. As product manager, you will lead the prioritization, development, and launch of new products and features with your cross-functional product team. This is a full time position and can be located either at our headquarters in NYC or remotely throughout the US. You will report to a Director of Product Management. 

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze user and business needs through user interviews, data analysis, and market research.
  • Ensure that your cross-functional team is always working on the most important and impactful work.
  • Build consensus among your engineering, design, and marketing peers.
  • Document, manage, and monitor product KPIs and metrics to ensure they’re aligned and performing across teams.
  • Launch fast and iterate often with a talented team of engineers and designers.

Who You Are:

  • Four or more years experience in managing technology products, with a focus on mobile or consumer products.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing large scale projects and achieving positive user outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including written, verbal, and numeric communication. You should have the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to engineering and non-engineer audiences.
  • Experience with data-informed decision-making as well as comfort working with ambiguity and using intuition alongside data to drive the product forward.

The target salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
