Tabeo is building the ‘Shopify’ for private healthcare. Our platform simplifies payment and marketing services for local clinical providers including dentists, audiologists and opticians. Customers benefit from a quicker, easier access to relevant payment options in one unified check out flow. In addition, they receive access to i) custom landing pages, ii) email & text campaign builders and iii) dashboard to manage leads.
Today, over 8,000 dentists across the UK use Tabeo. 200 more join our platform every month. Tabeo is the dominant market leader for patient finance and seeks to be the same for cards and capitation plans. Sector specific features and super competitive pricing will help us upsell the service. In parallel, we want to capture more market share in new verticals (hearing and vision care). 99% of payments rely on cards so you build/own the data highway to simplify marketing flows for our Customers.
The business is profitable and we plan to grow revenues by over 100% per year in the next 5 years.
We believe in a remote first approach to work and equip teams with all perks and tools so they can thrive. However, we all come together 2x per year for Team Weeks. We previously met in Dubai, Lisbon and London. Next, it is Budapest and Reykjavik.
Requirements
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us! We currently have two cross-functional product teams, and hope to add a third in 2025. This role will be focussed on Tabeo’s Finance offering- our biggest product and revenue driver.
We’re ambitious, and have many interesting strategic and technical challenges ahead of us. Here’s a snapshot of what you might work on:
- Facilitating the migration of Finance away from our legacy system: You should expect to play a key role in this migration, particularly in helping the engineering team plan an architecture to match our long term plans, manage the risk of the migration, and plan what to migrate, when.
- Aligning Finance with Tabeo’s multi-product strategy: we enable our customers to offer their customers finance, card payments and monthly subscriptions, but the experience for these is segregated. We’d like to design and deliver an experience that brings all our products together for our customers.
- Optimising the product: you’ll need to work closely with our data and finance teams to understand how we might drive more users to the Finance product and increase conversion, while monitoring our risk levels
This role’s responsibilities include:
- Defining a clear, compelling and ambitious product vision and strategy for the Finance product, with a focus on delivering value to healthcare providers and patients.
- Leading the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Ensuring the team has strong relationships with stakeholders (including C-level executives), working to create mutual recognition and trust
- Line management of the product designer in your team
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Works to get the best out of all of the people in your team, involving all disciplines throughout, and taking proactive steps to build and maintain team health
- Using a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and our wealth of data to inform product decisions.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and growth
- Setting key product metrics, performance goals and regularly assessing progress to ensure success.
You should apply if:
- You have extensive experience as a Product Manager within fintech, particularly if you have experience working with lending products and/or in a regulated environment
- You are technically literate, and are able to confidently discuss complex technical projects with engineers
- You are skilled at managing the full product lifecycle, from concept through to successful launch and iteration.
- You have a proven track record of scaling products in a fast-growth environment
- You are data-literate, able to self serve data or work directly with analysts to get access to the data you need
- You have experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and are confident communicating updates across the business through a variety of channels
