Doctors use our agenda to manage their availability on our marketplace for patients. We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join the Doctor Solutions team, to identify the most important functionalities and benefits we can offer to doctors. This team also works closely with pricing, monetization and product marketing teams to determine the right pricing strategy for features and functionalities developed.
You will be responsible for:
Define vision, strategy, and key results for your team to grow the value we provide to doctors, and in-turn the revenue we generate from them.
Work with other departments (customer success, local teams, marketing) to identify the right problems to solve, and build a shared understanding of the opportunity space.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and analysts to identify and solve customer problems.
Influence business leaders using data and other evidence, to align the company around the key value propositions for doctors.
Experiment, monitor and analyze doctor behaviors with different features and solutions.
Create and maintain a backlog of initiatives, executing these through experimentation, data analysis, and validation of hypotheses and business cases.
What experience and skills do you need to do great at this position?
5+ years of experience in product management (B2B2C, B2B at scale), with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
A Software engineering background or relevant technical knowledge to feel comfortable joining technical discussions with developers.
Excellent analysis skills to synthesise product usage data and provide actionable insights.
A high level of energy, ownership, and strong communication skills.
Autonomy to succeed in an environment with high levels of ambiguity and freedom.
“Hands-on” with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment + you’re able to switch between strategic high-level thinking and hands-on operational work.
A big bonus if you:
Worked with the healthcare industry.
Have experience in building SaaS solutions.
Have experience with developing pricing strategies for SaaS products
