In this context, join the Digital Product team, in Paris, within the Visa Products France, Belgium, Luxembourg Team.
Job purpose
- Drive the rollout of one or several digital payments and authentication products in France, Belgium and Luxembourg accordingly to Visa objectives and Visa's Digital ambition to protect Visa brand, bring value to drive Visa native choice and develop new revenue streams in the new Digital world
- Lead the Go To Market execution in close coordination with product, marketing, sales and technical teams being in market or HQ to deliver best in class digital services in France, Belgium and Luxembourg according to the Go To Market plan and business objectives
Key accountabilities
- Support the Go To Market plan for one or several digital products in the market (Tokenisation, Click To Pay)
- Subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders on Digital Authentication (PSD2 regulation, EMV 3DSecure framework, FIDO/eIdentity solutions, Passkey)
- Creates and executes actions plans to drive the rollout and performance of the product and deliver key business objectives
- Delivers/manages market level programs/projects with clients or partners
- Provide Pre-sales Support to Client engagement teams for RFP, business reviews and other sales engagements.
- Responsible of day-to-day product management elements, feedback market needs & intelligence to Visa HQ product to adapt existing products and develop future products
- Regional champion on specific markets for Digital Authentication, Passkeys for the deployment of Visa Payment Passkey roadmap.
- Continuously identify and support the Senior Solutions Manager-FBL Digital Strategy in the development of new business/growth Digital opportunities
- Monitors and measures the success of product delivery
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree required, advance degree desirable
- At least 5 years of experience working in product management or Go To Market, with strong expertise in Tokenization and in-depth knowledge of Digital authentication, risk and fraud matters in e-commerce
- Excellent Digital payments and web/mobile/APIs technologies understanding - technical background ideally
- Knowledge & deep insights across the French, Belgium and Luxembourg payment industry and technical environment (domestic scheme and co-badge markets, bank connectivity, ...)
- Strong customer focus, ability to build and leverage relationships internally and externally in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Team player – comfortable working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders without formal authority
- Consultative and needs based selling skills, excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Good problem solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions
- A can do mentality – demonstrating a real passion for making things happen and for achieving stretch targets
- Ability to communicate at all levels, internally and externally and effectively articulate, summarise information, and influence decision.
- Excellent French and English language skills
