Location requirements:

You’ll be required to work out of the Tel Aviv office at least 2 days a week. 

About the Role:

A Senior Product Manager at BigPanda is responsible for defining the vision and leading their domain's strategy and roadmap while working with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Specifically, we are looking for someone to lead various product offerings, including our Data Platform and Operator domains, which are both critical components of the core product.

What you will do:

• Work closely with engineering, designers, and field teams in the BI, data and analytics domain, to define requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Establish a clear product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy and set clear KPIs to measure progress
• Manage the product roadmap by prioritizing features and initiatives based on impact, resources, market trends, and customer needs
• Meet with customers and end users to obtain a deep understanding of their experience and journey 
• Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback to track product adoption and its effect on business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

What skills and experience you’ll bring to BigPanda:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, including launching and managing enterprise SaaS products
• Experience in managing BI or data analytics products
• Experience in working with BI or data analytics tools
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both in Hebrew and English across all levels of the organization
