About the team

As a Senior Product Manager within the Product Growth team, you will shape the evolution of our CRM platform, driving growth through innovative features and functionalities.  You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our platforms, defining business and technical requirements consumable for engineering, and driving execution to establish the platform’s future.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the performance for our CRM Marketing channel. Your role is to build the next generation of marketing capabilities that will enable Angi to meaningfully connect with our customers throughout their lifecycle with the right message, at the right time, and through the right channel.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, design, and data science teams to identify and prioritize product features that deliver best practices to increase CRM traffic and drive domain expertise metrics.
  • Define and execute the product vision, product strategy, and product roadmap for the CRM platform.
  • Analyze and interpret CRM traffic data to identify trends, patterns, and insights about demand to inform the rest of our business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry analysts.
  • Implement machine learning models that help us anticipate changes in the market and adjust our marketing strategy accordingly
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and timelines effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in marketing technology, data management, machine learning, and privacy.
  • Manage vendor relationships.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on CRM, marketing technology, data management, and machine learning.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Snowflake.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience building and deploying APIs and data pipelines production environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges $135,000 - $190,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living. 
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
