As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our cybersecurity product offerings for enterprise and investigative use cases. You will guide the strategy, development, and delivery of solutions that empower organizations to tackle complex cybersecurity challenges effectively. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, executional excellence, and a deep understanding of customer needs within the cybersecurity landscape.

You will lead cross-functional teams in bringing new products and features to market, enhancing existing offerings, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Success in this role will require collaborating across engineering, marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver solutions that meet both business and customer needs. You will also advocate for intuitive user experiences where appropriate, ensuring products are accessible and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SpyClouds Enterprise and Investigations cybersecurity products, ensuring alignment with market demands, customer needs, and company objectives.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements. Create clear and actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria to guide development.
  • Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes. Use these insights to inform product development and ensure solutions address real-world challenges.
  • Work with UI/UX design teams to ensure product interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly, especially for enterprise and investigative use cases. Balance user experience considerations with technical and business constraints.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of the products and features, from ideation/discovery, prototyping to launch, iteration, and sunsetting. Maintain focus on delivering value at every stage.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to define positioning, messaging, and materials for product launches. Support sales teams with training, collateral, and customer presentations.
  • Define success metrics for product launches and enhancements. Regularly analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management or development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
  • Experience with portal/console product development ideally in cybersecurity, or enterprise software
  • Understanding of various data sources available in the cybersecurity market and the ability to map their applicability to market-driven use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.
  • Experience with agile scrum development and lean startup principles.
  • Curious and comfortable engaging in professional conversations with target buyers and users.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack, JIRA, and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
