Role

We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to lead our core bookkeeping product.

You will build products that improve the way thousands of solopreneurs manage their business finances, by helping them save time and providing useful insights. You will partner with a team of accounting professionals to define and design workflows that will allow us to scale our operational capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Define the bookkeeping product strategy and roadmap
Execute on the roadmap in collaboration with engineering, product, and design
Partner with our accounting operations teams to understand their workflows and needs
Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to manage the go-to-market plans for new products and services
Interview customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and wants
Guide the prioritization of work and help make resourcing and prioritization tradeoffs

What we want you to bring:

5+ years of product management experience
Experience partnering with operational teams to design, optimize, and automate workflows
Vision: You’ve developed and supported essential strategies shaping the direction of your product
Influence: You have experience building consensus and collaborate well cross-functionally
Execution: You are strong tactically and have a track record of shipping high quality products. You’re comfortable working in a startup environment where there is often a high degree of ambiguity and change
Decision Making: You have experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decisions
Bonus: you have a background in accounting

Compensation Range: $150,000-$190,000 USD annual base salary
