The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of this our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.

About the role

We seek a proactive and energetic individual, a true 'doer' who values honesty, openness, and teamwork. As a key member, you will adeptly manage relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders, aligning them with a clear vision and objectives.

You excel in crafting and implementing strategic roadmaps while balancing them with tactical execution. Your decision-making is data-driven, ensuring optimal performance and sizing of opportunities. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, you skillfully navigate design-heavy initiatives, understanding the importance of phased approaches.

You thrive in collaborative environments, contributing value to large cross-squad initiatives. Embracing a mindset of learning through experimentation, you're not afraid to make educated guesses and learn from failures.

Experienced in Agile methodologies, you effortlessly craft user stories and acceptance criteria. Slicing stories vertically comes naturally to you. You understand the nuances between product management, project management, scrum mastering, product design, and engineering.

Ideally, you’ve been a PM for more than 5 years and have tales to tell of the impact you’ve had at previous companies.

As a Product Manager you will:

  • Strategic Planning: You can develop and execute strategic product plans that are aligned with company goals, customer needs and market trends
  • Communication: You can inform, educate, convince and debate stakeholders at all levels: from technical software engineers to senior members of the leadership team
  • Stakeholder Management: You gain consensus through building trust with stakeholders at all levels: partners across the digital team, technology collaborators and senior stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving: You are comfortable starting at a place of ambiguity to identify the core problem, analyse data, and propose effective solutions
  • Product Lifecycle Management: You’ve managed products through all stages of the lifecycle: from ideation to retirement
  • Market Analysis: You are quick to master your new domain by immersing yourself in market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You can pivot tables in your sleep and use data to back your storytelling. You rely on data over gut feel to make decisions and would never let users use a feature if you couldn’t measure outcomes
  • User Experience (UX) Design: You’ve worked with UX colleagues and have a fair understanding of UX principles and practices so that you can champion intuitive and user-friendly products
  • Agile Methodologies: You're not new to software development and have worked in teams using agile methodology – whether it’s scrum or kanban
  • Technical Understanding: You can differentiate between an API and a user interface. We’re looking for basic technical knowledge so that you can collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand product feasibility
  • Prioritization: You have a handful of prioritisation frameworks in your back pocket. You naturally reframe all ideas and requests to understand whether they deliver business value, solve a customer need, and are technically feasible
  • Team Leadership: You won’t have any direct reports, but we want team members we can all learn from. What’s your product management superpower?

Who you will work with?

You will report into the Product Lead and will work with the software development team.

Charlotte Tilbury is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where nimble mindsets, striving to deliver the best and wanting to be part of a global #dreaamteam are key. Even though we have requirements, our experience and background are just a guide, we still love to welcome applicants with more or less experience stated, provided necessary skills can be demonstrated.
