About the Team
Our Product team is the beating heart of MYOB. From discovery through to delivery plus Data and Insights, it’s made up of a broad and multi-disciplined group of specialists focused on designing products that help our customers optimise their business potential and creating best-in-class customer and user experiences.

About the role
In this role, you will develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for the Value-Add team within the Business Financial Products segment. You will operate at a strategic and hands-on level while leading product development. You’ll work collaboratively across our organisation to distribute business financial products through the employer network, bring new ideas to life, and ensure that every aspect of the product journey, from concept through to delivery, reflects the high standards that Flare & MYOB are known for.

This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven product manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving financial products for consumers.

How you'll make an impact;
- Vision and strategy: Set and communicate a clear, inspiring product vision and strategy for Value Add, aligned with Flare & MYOB’s overarching goals.
- Growth orientation: Ensure growth objectives are met for the distribution of business financial products through the network.
- Roadmap and backlog management: Shape and prioritise the product roadmap, user stories, and backlog through user research and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
- End-to-end product development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualisation to launch and beyond in a dynamic, agile setting.
- Collaborate across products and business lines: Engage with product managers across Flare and MYOB to ensure alignment on priorities and support a unified approach to product strategy.
- Stakeholder and partner engagement: Manage day-to-day priorities and interactions with partners, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Data and analytics advocacy: Prioritise product data and analytics as fundamental to product development, integrating them into every stage of decision-making
