Senior Product Manager

About the role:

At Aspire, we have very ambitious plans of scaling to new geographies, and be the #1 Business Account everywhere we operate.

Our ultimate goal is to make Aspire the primary business account for our customers. To achieve this, we must ensure Aspire supports all their financial workflows seamlessly.

This requires a deep understanding of these workflows in every market we serve, identifying product gaps, determining how we can stand out, and crafting a tailored product strategy and roadmap for each market.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to help lead such initiatives. You will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and coordination of the efforts to build Payments and Software Capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to ensure our product offerings meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
  • Strategy & Product Roadmap Development: Define and drive the product strategy to ensure that we can stay #1 in each of our target markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Derive clear roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and commercial teams, to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand technical aspects of payment integrations to effectively communicate with engineering teams and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure the success of integrations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all integrations comply with relevant regulations and security standards.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years working experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager
  • Experience in FinTech sector, ideally in B2B Neobanks
  • Strong sense of initiative. Thrives in ambiguity, quickly clarifies complex topics, simplifies them for stakeholders, and develops clear, actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated sharp problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
  • Ability to drive negotiations with different stakeholders to make informed trade-offs
  • Data-driven - has the ability to extract insights from raw data and communicate them clearly
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Has experience launching Products from 0 to 1
