As a Sr. Product Manager, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery within Aura’s Consumer product team. Aura is the next-gen digital security solution that is comprehensive, personalized, easy to use, and proactively identifies areas of risk in a user’s digital life.

This role is part of the Alerts & Insights product team that is focused deeply on providing users intelligent, timely, and actionable information across a variety of channels. You will partner directly with leads across the business to test and optimize key business metrics such as customer satisfaction, engagement, retention.

Note, this position is an individual contributor role.

Day to Day:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our consumer facing product on web and mobile app, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.

  • Strong ability to work backwards from customer problems, and develop a clear future vision. You readily draw up a quick user flow to explain your ideas to broad audiences, and then translate those quick sketches into explicit product requirements

  • Be incredibly truth-seeking, and develop a deep understanding of consumer needs, pain points, and behavior through user research, competitive intel, surveys and tests, and product behavior metrics.

  • Monitor and measure launched experiences, and feed insights back into the product roadmap

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Data, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.

  • Develop and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • Analyze usage data, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improving the user experience.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the product management team.

What you bring to the table:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on building net-new customer experiences.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful direct to consumer mobile app products and driving ongoing user engagement.

  • Elevated emphasis on understanding the customer and their user journey. You are ruthlessly customer-centric in your approach, adept at uncovering user issues and pain points, and readily employ sketches, user flows, or wireframes to articulate your creative concepts.

  • Influential communication skills - this is an extremely cross functional role and requires a communication style that facilitates team collaboration, quick decisions, and team alignment.

  • Test and learn mindset, open to adjusting your understanding of the user as you test and learn iteratively.

  • Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to analyze usage data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business goals while prioritizing user needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
