🎯 Your main goal will be to lead the development and enhancement of AI features, ensuring n8n's platform leverages cutting-edge AI to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business value. It’s a very key role for n8n : LLMs are great at coding and are likely to have a huge impact on workflow automation tools, as we are an UI on top of coding. This brings a lot of challenge but also massive opportunity. We want you to be at the forefront of helping us navigate this change. Nothing is off the table!
To do so, here are your responsibilities:
1- Refine and Execute AI Strategy
🔍 Refine our AI strategy based on user feedback and market trends.
📈 Develop and maintain a clear AI feature roadmap aligned with our product vision and business goals.
🔧 Identify and address technical and strategic blockers to AI feature implementation
2- User-Centric AI Development
🗣️ Engage deeply with our community and customers to understand their needs and pain points.
🎨 Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ensure AI features are intuitive and user-friendly.
🔬 Conduct product discovery, gather requirements, and perform user testing to validate AI features and enhancements.
3- Optimize AI-Driven Workflows
🔄 Streamline AI-driven workflows to reduce friction and improve user experience.
🚀 Drive the implementation of new AI features, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
📊 Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of AI implementations and identify areas for improvement.
4- Collaborate Across Teams
🤝 Work with Marketing to effectively communicate new AI features and updates.
🎯 Align with Sales and Customer Success to ensure AI features meet enterprise customer requirements.
🛠️ Partner with Engineering to maintain technical scalability and reduce technical debt related to AI.
5- Upskill the Organization
📚 Help upskill the rest of the company in AI, ensuring all teams understand and can leverage AI features.
🎓 Provide training and resources to promote AI literacy across the organization.
Requirements
Must-have
🚀 Proven Product Management Experience: You have at least 4 years of end-to-end product management experience with a track record of shipping amazing “AI” products and features in a fast-paced environment.
🛠️ Technical Acumen:You have a high-level understanding of AI and how LLMs work.
🗣️ Customer Focus: You put yourself in the user's shoes and are adept at gathering and acting on feedback to drive product improvements.
📊 Data-Driven Decision Maker: You geek out about data analysis and feel uneasy when you don't have metrics to back up assumptions.
🌍 Collaborative Team Player: You get on with people easily, love working in international teams, and can tactfully fight your corner when needed.
💻 Coding/SQL Skills: Ability to code or write SQL is a big must-have, helping you dive deeper into data and technical discussions.
Nice-to-have
💡 SaaS Experience: You have experience in the BtoB SaaS industry, particularly with AI-driven products.
🧠 Machine Learning Expertise: You have a high-level understanding of machine learning algorithms practical applications.
📈 Product-Led Growth Expertise: You have experience driving product-led growth strategies and identifying high-potential users.
🌐 Remote Work Experience: You're familiar with remote-first work environments and can effectively collaborate across time zones.
