What will I be doing?
- Define the strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives within the company.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement AI driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, operations, and risk management, to develop and deploy AI tools.
- Lead the integration of AI technologies with existing systems and processes.
- Analyze and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies.
- Ensure that AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with other product teams to ensure that AI solutions meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
What skills do I need?
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on AI.
- Experience in the payments ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.
- Capable of leading 3rd party API integrations.
- Proficient with data, comfortable using SQL.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle different challenges.
