The Position:

GameChanger is a product-driven business where your decisions and contributions will impact millions of youth athletes, coaches, and their fans. As the Senior Product Manager for the newly created advertising business, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advertising functionality and services into our mobile and web platforms. This is a full-time position and can be located either at our headquarters in NYC or remotely throughout the US. 

What You'll Do:

  • Drive GameChanger’s new advertising products’ strategy and product roadmap.
  • Respectfully introduce creative, high performing, and engaging advertising products to our audiences that drive revenue without detracting from the user experience.
  • Optimize ad program performance and effectiveness, taking into account audience sentiment and customer/revenue demands. 
  • Build consensus among your engineering, design, data, sales and marketing peers.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to manage and optimize AdTech & related platform services.
  • Provide thought leadership and creative thinking for direct advertisers that help them achieve their marketing goals.
  • Document, manage, and monitor product KPIs and metrics to ensure they’re aligned and performing across teams.
  • Launch fast and iterate often with a talented team of engineers, designers and data analysts.

Who You Are:

  • Five or more years of experience in Product Management for consumer mobile applications.
  • Three or more years of experience in AdTech for consumer mobile applications.
  • Extensive experience with segmenting and targeting audiences, IAB standards/ad formats, and development of mobile ad programs (including video).
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing large-scale projects and achieving success criteria.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including written, verbal, and numeric communication. You should have the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to engineering and non-engineer audiences.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making as well as comfort working with ambiguity and using intuition alongside data to drive the product forward.

The target salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
