How you’ll be contributing to Accurx as a Senior Product Manager…

As a Senior Product Manager at Accurx, your work will directly contribute to the core of our mission - to become the system-wide communication channel for the NHS. You’ll be helping to shape the future of communication in healthcare by taking on some of our gnarliest problems, ensuring we build products that work at scale in multiple different clinical settings. Your role will play a vital role in empowering healthcare professionals with products that enhance patient care and communication. 

Your day to day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission 🤝…

• You'll lead a high performing cross functional team that’s responsible for contributing to an inspiring vision and focused OKRs, partnering with a technical lead to ensure a high quality bar for everything your team produces across the full product lifecycle.
• You'll understand the importance of our business goals and will steer your team appropriately to help us achieve them, articulating the key risks of your product.
• You believe that user research is at the heart of every great product and you'll ensure your team does too.
• You'll use data to inform your decision making process helping us to drive our products forward and tackle the problem at hand.
• You’ll collaborate with the team and our users, using strong product thinking to bring in new ideas from other great products and helping us to innovate in every part of the user journey.
• By prioritising our work you’ll help us optimise, compromise, and get the team on board with what we’re working on.

💰 £75,000 - £85,000 salary + the value of £50,750 share options
