As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative products across different platforms. Responsibilities
- Design digital experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms
- Lead the design of new product features with an emphasis on user-centered design principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and requirements into effective design solutions
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and test design solutions to ensure user satisfaction
- Develop detailed design specifications and design documentation to support product development
- Drive design thinking and design culture throughout the organization, including mentoring junior designers on the team
- Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms by developing and maintaining design systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design technologies, and emerging design patterns
- Present design work and regularly engage with partners for feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with an emphasis on UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch etc.
- Experience leading design projects from concept to execution
- Experience identifying customer insights through user research and discovery activities
- Experience developing design strategies that address customer and business problems
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
