Job Description
Are you ready to make a global impact? You've come to the right place. We are hunting down a passionate and innovative Senior Product Designer to join our vibrant SaaS team in Miami on the southern Gold Coast. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of 4 brands, each with its own set of exciting challenges and opportunities.
As a key player in our product design team, your creativity and problem-solving skills will be crucial in driving our products to new heights. You will help shape the user experience for a lot of users worldwide, ensuring consistency and excellence across all our products.

- Collaborate with the product manager and stakeholders to make strategic and data-driven design and UX decisions for core and new features and help identify and deliver product roadmaps.
- Own large projects from end-to-end and drive for data-driven impactful outcomes.
- Work across all aspects of product design, including problem definition, user and competitor research/testing, conceptualizing user flows, visual design and layout, prototyping, testing, and iterating.
- Design for scale and consistently use and contribute to component libraries and in-house design systems.
- Collaborate closely with our engineers and drive design decisions that meet technical constraints without compromising the end-user.
- Mentor other members of the design team on how to approach design problems, solicit feedback, and find suitable solutions.
- Drive and facilitate design conversations, workshops, and share knowledge with others in the broader company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years + product design experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Formal qualification or equivalent experience in Digital Media Design, Human Computer Interaction, or similar fields.
- Experience working with people across the globe.
- Experience working across all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
- User research / product discovery experience, including experience with user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Data-driven mindset and comfortable using experimentation in your approach to product research and development.
- A working knowledge of Figma, and the ability to use and build component libraries.
- To be a self-starter, with the ability to own your role by working autonomously (but also the confidence to work collaboratively with others in the wider team).
- A comprehensive understanding of accessibility guidelines and the ability to apply this to a product.
- Hybrid role between our Gold Coast office and remote.
