As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own end-to-end design, shaping seamless, intuitive, and visually striking experiences for our host and member platforms. This is a rare opportunity to define a premium product from the ground up, influencing key decisions in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design vision across the company's mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring seamless, intuitive experiences for host, member, and admins.
- Own & evolve the design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Create high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes, simplifying complex workflows
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to align design decisions with business objectives
- Conduct UX research & user testing, optimizing engagement and usability
- Advocate for a premium, user-first approach, ensuring seamless event access for high-profile users
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX expertise and high-end digital experiences
- Expert in Figma, with experience designing and maintaining scalable design systems
- Strong UX research skills, with a track record of applying insights to improve product experience
- Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms, balancing aesthetics and usability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, iterating quickly based on feedback
- Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders
