We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple product teams on topics related to our SaaS platform, our BackOffice and our mobile application.
Reporting to the Lead Designer, your main responsibilities are as follows:
The mission:
- You lead major product design projects from the discovery phase to production. You are a self-starter and work under minimal guidance. You are communicating at a team-wide level, and responsible for a significant set of areas.
- You work in a pair with a Product Manager. You are involved in future-thinking and complex projects and contribute to efforts to bring the results to life.
- You share a product- and user-centric approach with internal teams and clients. You are regularly in contact with users and actively advocate for them as part of the design process.
Scope of work:
- Carry out user research in close collaboration with the Product Manager and internal teams.
- Design wireframes and prototypes and test them with users to validate the solutions and collect their feedback.
- Iterate in short cycles to move forward efficiently on projects.
- Use and update the Design system to create new interfaces.
- Monitor developments and test the solution.
- Monitor the releases and measure user feedback.
- Significant experience of 3-5+ years in a similar position.
- Mastery of UX processes while being able to adapt to the reality of projects.
- Experience in designing complex business interfaces. (Understand and synthesize complex problems and provide simple solutions).
- Mastery of Figma and the prototyping part.
- English Professional Level (International team and clients).
- Experience with a SaaS product.
Bonus experience:
- Familiarity with the Jobs-to-be-Done (JBTD) framework and Discovery-Discipline methodology.
- Experience on projects related to the supply chain.
