Senior Product Designer

SeatGeek's user experience team is seeking a senior designer to change live experiences. This person is highly skilled in behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling. They will define strategies, provide end-to-end craft and thought leadership, and partner seamlessly with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and more. This person will connect the dots into a cohesive vision across the various verticals of SeatGeek's business, and evolve our platform to become the best-in-class ticketing platform on the market.

What you’ll do

  • Deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists
  • Set direction by creating clear and impactful strategies while also sweating the details through execution and launch
  • Balance speed and quality with a focus on driving impact through both optimizations and 0-1 product development
  • Demonstrate outstanding design skills and a passion for experimentation, data, and systems thinking
  • Collaboratively improve our component systems to ensure consistent, high quality experiences

What you have

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Excellent craftsmanship
  • An understanding of the technical and logistical obstacles that create friction during live experiences
  • The mindset of a challenge, changemaker, and innovator
  • 4+ hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday
  • A passion for live experiences

The salary range for this role is $135,000-$180,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
