We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our new brands and product offerings.

The Senior Product Designer New Verticals is a player-coach. They have ownership over end-to-end design projects, help establish processes that aid in the success of our team and organization.

To do this work, you will work with the Global and North America Design leads and business stakeholders in innovation, Product, Brand team, and DesignOps. Your role is to coordinate communications, manage resources, drive the team project intake process, develop and manage pipelines and processes for scale-up, and overall lead design through the logistics of delivering outstanding quality outcomes.

The Senior Product Designer is a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who can apply frameworks and systems to keep track of the many moving parts necessary for projects and teams to be successful. This role is new and you will have the opportunity not just to manage programs and projects, but to co-create the operational models that will lead to the creation of the greatest value for our customers.

What you’ll do

• Brand Experience Creation: Lead the design and development of new brands from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive and compelling user experience across all touchpoints.
• Market Exploration: Identify and explore new verticals and opportunities for TAM expansion, conducting market research and user analysis to inform design decisions.
• User-Centered Design: Employ user-centered design principles to create intuitive, engaging, and delightful product experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and technical requirements.
• Prototyping and Testing: Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
• Design Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design team. Design flows and experiences (UX/UI) that are incredibly simple and elegant.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.
• Documentation and Communication: Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale through presentations, detailed documentation, and design reviews

What you’ll bring

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of designing successful products and brands.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related experience in the field.

Skills:

• Mastery of Figma, and fluency with other digital design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, and front-end development technologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with e-commerce. Bonus if you have experience within subscriptions
• Strong experience in Agile work environments is a must.
  
  

Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.

Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skills and expertise in executing, critiquing, and mentoring in visual design, interaction design, UX writing, UI design and animation.
